Cheers

A bartender that fits,
inside your pocket.

Overview
As part of my degree, I was asked to make an app that solves problems in real space and It is without human interaction at all. I chose to focus on nightlife, a topic with lots of human interaction and some unresolved issues.
The main goal is to make the process of buying drinks at nightclubs less frustrating and to make it shorter so that the user will never give up on ordering a drink.

Research
I created a user questionnaire that was answered by over 50 partygoers to understand how serious the problems are.
72%
Gave up ordering a drink due to difficulty getting the bartender's attention.
52%
They answered that the bartender's service to takeaway customers is bad.
65%
testified that they were charged a tip without their knowledge.
46%
Testified that the ordering process takes more than 10 minutes.
As a bartender in the past and a partygoer today I realize that there is a problem with the process of ordering drinks at big clubs.
89%
Paid without knowing the amount in advance.
36%
Gave up order due to poor service from the bartender.
Conclusion
Bad service for takeaway customers (long waiting time, etc.)
Lack of transparency with the customer and service billing without his knowledge.
Difficulty attracting the attention of the bartender and to communicating with the bartender.

Navigation menu
For the navigation menu to be intuitive for the user, the navigation is like browsing a regular menu in real life.
Every category has a sub-category with the products.
The possibility to reach any product in the application from any screen in the application in less than 2 taps is essential in my case.

User flow case
Anyone who has been to a club more than once knows how frustrating it can be to buy drinks for yourself and your friends.
As a takeaway customer who does not sit at the bar, buying a drink is not an easy task. Starting with attracting the bartender's attention, then communicating with the bartender in a noisy club, in addition to that, at the end you may find out that service was charged without your knowledge.

Cheers make that process less frustrating and prevent the user from giving up on ordering drinks.
